This entry is part 3 of 8 in the series Interkoi Show Rheinberg 2012

DSC_0911 - Version 2 The German Supreme Champion is a Kohaku. This Koi caught my personal attention even more than the Grand Champion did. Not because the judges were wrong, I think their choice was rock solid, but this Koi still has a lot of potential. Therefore it became the well earned runner-up at the Interkoi Show in Rheinberg. Rob van der Hulst  is the owner of this four step (yondan) Kohaku, which, in our eyes, still is a true tategoi. The Kohaku measures a wealthy 86 centimeter and is 6,5 years old (nanasai).

Rob bought this Kohaku 2 years ago. Since than it grew out to 86cm. Danny’s Koi Café is the dealer of both the Supreme and Grand Champion at this show
